She has been providing career coaching for the past 19 years as an independent coach and works with professionals from all levels and industries who are referred by outplacement firms, consulting firms and individuals. Phyllis’ work is guided by the conviction that “when you align empowerment with authenticity, you will know a sense of aliveness.
